With temperatures hitting above 90 degrees for multiple days in a row, the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) and southern NJ211 has activated its cooling centers for those who need relief from the heat.

Remembering our Veterans who gave their all and our Gold Star families at the May 30th memorial event at Veterans Memorial Park. Many attended to include Gold Star families, Veterans, Delaware National Guard, many veteran service organizations, local officials and Wilmington VA Director, Thandiwe Nelson-Brooks and Associate Director of Operations Kim Butler.
