Join us on Thursday, July 30, for the Plein Air Painters of Maine Artists Reception at the historic barn at Nickels-Sortwell House.

This year's exhibition, 𝘔𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴—𝘓𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 features original works by twenty talented artists, each capturing the landscapes, light, and everyday beauty that make Maine so special. Meet the artists, explore the exhibition, and, if something speaks to you, take home an original painting—each purchase helps support Historic New England.
