Wiscasset Feed Our Scholars

Wiscasset Feed Our Scholars provides weekend food bags for children in need at Wiscasset Elementary School. We are part of a nonprofit. Thank you!

Our Set for Success back to school program provides supplies and backpacks to students grades Pre K to 12. Wiscasset Feed Our Scholars is also home to the Set for Success program - providing school supplies at the start of the school year to all Wiscasset students. Donations can be mailed to St. Philip's Church, 12 Hodge Street, Wiscasset, ME 04578. Please note "Feed Our Scholars" or "Set for Success" on the memo line.

Wiscasset will vote on its school budget next Tuesday, September 1 at the Wiscasset Community Center. Polls are open from 8am-8pm.
There is also a question about Wastewater (Sewer) Bonds.

We had a great day at Wiscasset Set for Success 2026! 🎒 Over 150 students and their families attended the event - picking up backpacks and school supplies, getting haircuts, seeing their teachers and getting ready to go back to school. 👧👦 So many groups and individuals helped make this day happen! We can't tag them all, but a big thanks goes out to Wiscasset Parks and Recreation for hosting us and to Wiscasset School Department.

Thanks to all the businesses, community groups, teachers and volunteers who supported this event and all the parents, grandparents and friends who stopped by with their students to make sure their kids had the supplies they needed. We are so lucky to have such a supportive community and a fantastic group of volunteers. 😍 We'll be packing up the extra supplies to get them to the schools. Enjoy the rest of the summer and have a great school year! ☺️🍎

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆!! ✨🖊️📖✏️📚🎒 Come see us at the Wiscasset Community Center for Wiscasset Set for Success from 1:00 - 3:00 PM. This free back to school event is open to all Wiscasset students grades Pre-K to 12 and their families. Bring your own backpack or pick up a school logo backpack at the event. Grab your teacher requested school supplies, meet with exhibitors, get a haircut, kids can have a free bag lunch from Lulu the Lunch Wagon and everyone can enjoy an ice cream treat from Darling's Ice Cream for a Cause. It's going to be a great day! Don't miss out! (Parents and grandparents are welcome to pick up school supplies even if their student is unable to attend & extra supplies will be sent to the schools for students to pick up the first week of classes.)
