Join us for an upcoming QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Su***de Prevention Training—a simple, powerful way to learn how to recognize the warning signs of su***de and respond with confidence and compassion.
Just like CPR helps you assist someone in a physical emergency, QPR helps you support someone in a mental health crisis.
💡 In this training, you’ll learn how to:

✔️ Start a supportive conversation
✔️ Connect someone to the help they need
