Good morning and happy Fridayyyyy!!!!

We have lots happening in the library today! Opel is headed to the Drayton Valley Museum to spend the day hanging out there for Fun Friday.

We have the Teen Hangout happening from 1pm-2pm. Since Opel will be busy, we will have the usual games and colouring pages out for you. Come hang, eat some chips, have some fun!

From 3pm-4pm we will have our Adult Hangout and will be keeping the games and colouring pages out for you. We also have the chess board and deck of cards!

SRC Calendars are due today by 5pm!

Finally, we still have a few spots open for our Kid/Teen Watercolours on Monday. We have a wonderful member of the community stopping in from 10am to 11am to teach some techniques and then paint a picture. It will be a session full of lots of learning and lots of fun. Make sure you preregister so we have enough supplies for you, please!

Good evening!

Tomorrow some of our SRC families will be headed with Opel to the Drayton Valley Museum for Fun Friday! We are so very excited to be able to partner with them! If you are coming, please remember to dress for the weather.

We are also on the hunt for a few more donations for our Summer Reading Program prizes! Thank you to those who have donated - I hope you know how truly appreciated you are. Keep an eye out for a post thanking our donors next week!

Finally, those SRC calendars are due back tomorrow at 5pm with no excpetions! You can email Opel pictures of them, bring them with you to the museum if you are coming, or drop them off with the circulation staff. We will draw for our prize winners during our meetings next week!

Good morning! Today we have SRC and the sun is shining and trying to dry that grass so we will be outside! It's our last SRC meeting at the library. If you are registered for it, we will see you at the Museum for Fun Friday. Next week we will be at the pool. If you are able to make it, please make sure you RSVP ASAP as registration for that closes Friday evening. Also, we had some SRC calendars handed in yesterday and Opel was so excited to get them! If yours is filled out, you can drop it off today or anytime between now and 5pm on Friday. Enjoy the sunshine today!

A few of our lost and found things! The Kubota hat has been here for a bit. The pink Yeti water bottle was left during Summer Reading Club last week and needs to be claimed. And finally, this cloud friend was left behind during out 1:20-2:30 summer reading club today. We also had a phone left behind on the circulation desk today.
