We are excited to welcome our students and school community back tonight! Our annual Load Your Locker Night and School Community Council (SCC) BBQ is from 5:00- 7:00 p.m.

This will be a great night for students to pick up timetables, tour our campus, meet teachers, ask questions, and drop off belongings to lockers.

Important details ⬇️

1. SCC BBQ is free and our parent volunteers will be serving up hotdogs under the portico. We are always looking to add parents to our School Community Council, please let us know if you would like to join!

2. Watch for signage and important QR codes around the school with important information and don’t hesitate to ask a staff member if you have any questions.

3. Timetables and Locks
Please head to your homeroom to pick up timetables and locks for lockers. Locker numbers appear on Edsby.

Note: All students must use school owned locks unless otherwise approved by the school.

4. Lockers are assigned by the school and numbers can be found on the top of student timetable and on Edsby. Returning students will have the same locker number as last year.

"If I can't remember, can I just pick any locker?" Please, no, this would result in chaos as lockers are assigned. Let us help you remember!


5. School clubs and sports teams will have information tables around the school.


Student timetables are now viewable on Edsby. Sometimes viewing on a web browser works better than the app. Any requests for timetable/ course changes must be made by talking to homeroom teachers.

Please try to refrain from sending Edsby messages, emails, Teams messages or phone calls to Ms Lawson or Mrs Cote about course changes. We have many new students who require timetables and we prioritize building these timetables before making changes.

Password changes: Homeroom teachers can help to reset student passwords! If there are issues with Multi factor authentication, please come to the office.


We would encourage students and families to watch their Edsby River, and Facebook for important information that will be shared in the coming days.
