Our fundraising walk in Keswick is well underway! 🚶‍♂️‍➡️

Colleagues from across the group, including Acorn Recovery Projects, Calico Gateway, Calico Homes, Safenet Domestic Abuse and Support Services, Spark BWD and Ring Stones Maintenance And Construction, are taking on the 10-mile challenge to raise money for Nightsafe Charity in Blackburn.

For Nightsafe, donations are vital in keeping them going and allowing them to make a difference in young people's lives.

⚠️ 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀.

On Friday, our colleagues will walk 10 miles for Nightsafe Charity. For many young people, every day can feel like a much harder journey.

This story is difficult to hear, but it’s a powerful reminder of why Nightsafe’s work matters, and why we’re proud to support them ❤️

Residents came together at Accrington Stanley’s Wham Stadium to hear more about the next steps for the former Accrington Victoria Community Hospital site, at a well-attended public engagement event 👥

The drop-in session brought together representatives from The Calico Group, Ring Stones Construction and Participation Works to speak directly with local people about the dismantling of the site, how it will be managed safely, and the steps being taken to minimise disruption.
