Update: Crews have now left the scene and the road has reopened.

We are currently dealing with a property fire on Devizes Road (A342), Rowde.

The road has been closed while we deal with the incident, so please avoid the area.

The road through Potterne has been reopened after last night’s fire, the last of the relief crews had left around 2am.

We’ll be back for a reinspection. Great work by everyone to limit the damage!

The A360 at High Street, Potterne is closed due to a roof fire. Court Hill from Worton into the village is also closed. This is likely to be for some time so please avoid the area.
