| Officers are appealing for information after a man was seriously injured in an attack on the junction of Fairbottom Street and Yorkshire Street, Oldham.

At around 8.40pm on 7 March this year, a man was seriously injured when he was struck by a car and then reversed over.

As officers continue their work, they are appealing for information - including any witnesses from the time.

As part of their enquiries, they are hoping to identify the man pictured, as it is believed that he could help with their investigation.

There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

| We are appealing for information following a reported theft of a mobile phone from Boots in Town Square Shopping Centre in .

The incident occurred on Thursday 30 April, at around 12:30pm.

Officers would like to speak with this person as they believe he may be able to help with their enquiries.

| We were called to a premises on Rochdale Road, Royton shortly before 11.45pm on Sunday 3 May 2026.

Emergency services attended and a man in his 20s was taken to hospital with serious injuries believed to have been caused by a knife. He remains in hospital for treatment.

No arrests have been made at this time.

Officers investigating the incident are now appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has CCTV or mobile phone footage from the area at the time to please report it to ourselves.
