IMPORTANT NOTICE TO LOCAL & MARKETING AGENTS

IMA Grenada advises all Local and Marketing Agents of the implementation and use of the CARICOM IMPACS Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Web Portal.

To minimise avoidable delays, agents are reminded to ensure that passport copies submitted with CBI applications meet the required quality, completeness and file-size standards.

In particular, passport images must clearly show the entire biographical data page and both lines of the MRZ, without glare, shadows, folds, fingers or other obstructions. Files must also meet the specified format, resolution and 20 MB maximum file-size requirement.

These standards take immediate effect and will assist with the timely transmission, security screening and processing of applications through the regional due diligence framework.

Local and Marketing Agents are encouraged to review Circular No. 3 of 2026 in full and ensure compliance with these requirements.

The 2026 IMA Grenada Back-to-School Trivia Series gave students a chance to participate, research and stay engaged throughout the summer vacation.

IMA Grenada wishes to advise on the status of the residence requirement under the regional framework.

While the residence requirement was scheduled for August 31, 2026, its implementation will not take effect until the regional regulator is operationalised and participating Member States formally establish and communicate an effective commencement date.

IMA Grenada will provide further guidance once the effective commencement date and applicable implementation arrangements have been formally established.

Stakeholders are encouraged to await further official communication from IMA Grenada and to continue adhering to all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
