🥮 රුහුණු රස සරණිය 2026 - ආහාර තාක්ෂණ කර්මාන්ත ප්‍රදර්ශනය | 𝐑𝐮𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐮 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 🥮
දකුණු පළාත් කෘෂිකර්ම අමාත්‍යාංශය සංවිධානය කරන සඅප්තැම්බර් 11,12 සහ 13 තෙදින පුරා පැවත්වුණ "රුහුණු රස සරණිය 2026" ආහාර තාක්ෂණ කර්මාන්ත ප්‍රදර්ශනයේ ආරම්භක උත්සවයට රුහුණු සංචාරක කාර්යාංශයේ සභාපති ජයාන් ගොඩකන්ද මහතා ආරාධිතයකු ලෙස සහභාගී විය. මෙම සමාරම්භක අවස්ථාව දකුණු පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවර ආචාර්ය සුසිරිපාල මානවඩු මහතාගේ හා පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ටී. කේ ජයසුන්දර මහත්වරුන්ගෙ ප්‍රධානත්වයන් පැවත්විණි.
මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී සභාපතිතුමා දකුණු පළාත් කෘෂිකර්ම අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම්තුමා ඇතුළු නිලධාරී මණ්ඩලයට මෙවැනි වැදගත් වැඩසටහනක් සංවිධානය කිරීම පිළිබඳව සුබ පැතුම් එක් කළේය.
සංචාරක කර්මාන්තයට ආහාර නිෂ්පාදන ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ ඇති සමීප සම්බන්ධතාව අවධාරණය කරමින්, විශේෂයෙන් ස්වභාවික හා සෞඛ්‍යාරක්ෂිත දේශීය ආහාර, අගය එකතු කරන ලද නිෂ්පාදන සහ විදේශගත කළ හැකි පරිදි විධිමත්ව ඇසුරුම් කරන ලද පළතුරු වැනි නිෂ්පාදන සිදු කරන කුඩා හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ ව්‍යවසායකයින් සංචාරකයින්ට හඳුන්වා දීම අතිශය වැදගත් බව සභාපතිතුමා පෙන්වා දුන්නේය.
දකුණු පළාත තුළ මෙවැනි දේශීය නිෂ්පාදන සංචාරකයින් අතරට රැගෙන යාම සඳහා විධිමත් වැඩ පිළිවෙළක් සකස් කළ යුතු බවත්, එමගින් දේශීය ව්‍යවසායකයින්ට නව වෙළෙඳපොළ අවස්ථා නිර්මාණය කරගැනීමට මෙන්ම සංචාරකයින්ට රුහුණේ අනර්ඝ ආහාර සංස්කෘතිය අත්විඳීමට ද අවස්ථාව සැලසෙන බවත් රුහුණු සංචාරක කාර්යාංශය එ සදහා අවශ්‍යය සහයෝගය ලබා දීමට සුදානම් බවත් සදහන් කරන ලදි.
මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා ගාල්ල නගරාධිපති සුනිල් ගමගේ මහතා, ගාල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම් කේ.යූ. චන්ද්‍රලාල් මහතා, දකුණු පළාත් කෘෂිකර්ම අමාත්‍යාංශයේ ලේකම් එන්.ඒ.කේ.එල්. විජේනායක මහතා, දකුණු පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරතුමන්ගේ පුද්ගලික ලේකම් සුධර්මන් වෛද්‍යරත්න මහතා, දකුණු පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාර ලේකම් නිලංගි ඩයස් මහත්මිය ඇතුළු අමාත්‍යාංශ හා දෙපාර්තමේන්තු ප්‍රධානීන්, රාජ්‍ය නිලධාරීන්, ව්‍යවසායකයින් සහ ආරාධිතයින් රැසක් සහභාගී වූහ.
Ruhunu Tourist Bureau Chairman Jayan Godakanda attended as an invitee at the opening ceremony of the "Ruhunu Rasa Saraniya 2026" Food Technology Industry Exhibition held from September 11 to 13 and organized by the Southern Provincial Ministry of Agriculture. The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Southern Province Governor Professor Susiripala Manawadu and Member of Parliament T.K. Jayasundara.
On this occasion the Chairman extended his congratulations to the Secretary and officials of the Southern Provincial Ministry of Agriculture for organizing such an important programme.
Highlighting the close connection between the tourism industry and the food production sector the Chairman pointed out that it is extremely important to introduce tourists to small and medium scale entrepreneurs who produce natural and health conscious local foods, value added products, and properly packaged items such as fruits suitable for export.
It was further stated that a proper action plan should be developed to bring such local products within reach of tourists across the Southern Province, which would create new market opportunities for local entrepreneurs while allowing tourists to experience Ruhuna's exceptional food culture and that the Ruhunu Tourist Bureau stands ready to provide the necessary support toward this end.
The event was also attended by Galle Mayor Sunil Gamage, Galle District Secretary K.U. Chandralal, Secretary of the Southern Provincial Ministry of Agriculture N.A.K.L. Wijenayake, Private Secretary to the Southern Province Governor Sudharman Vaidyaratne, Southern Province Governor's Secretary Nilangi Dias, along with heads of ministries and departments, government officials, entrepreneurs, and a number of other invitees.
