It's been a rare privilege in my career to work with such an amazing team of passionate volunteers.
Coming together "overnight" and accelerating through the classic stages of team dynamics (Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing) at lightning speed 🏃♂️➡️🏃♀️➡️
Formed out of adversity, forged under extreme pressure 🔨
Sharing a common dream and huge determination.
We act as one, building on each other's experience and knowledge.
We pick each other up when we are exhausted and "over it"....
....which is often 😫
We carry each other toward the finish line 🏁
The pressure has been relentless and the hours of commitment huge!
Only the support of our loving families, allowing us to be "so absent", has made it possible 💝
We have achieved what we were told we never could!
"Yah boo sucks" to all the Trolls! 🧌🧌🧌
There is still a way to go, and the battle continues, but I'm so proud of what we have made happen as a team.
Both for Pegasus and other Fast Track-affected communities throughout NZ...
.. and there are so many communities it is impacting!
