📢 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Regulation, Licensing, and Enforcement Division (RLED) of DOH CHD-CAR is pleased to announce that online payment options are now officially available for selected licensing and regulatory transactions beginning today.

Applicants may now conveniently settle payments through authorized electronic payment channels for a faster, more secure, and more accessible transaction experience.

This initiative covers selected applications including License to Operate (LTO) renewals, Authority to Operate (ATO) renewals, Certificate of Accreditation renewals, Permit to Construct (PTC), add-on services, upgrading applications, and other related regulatory transactions.

Applicants are reminded that all applications shall first undergo evaluation and verification prior to the issuance of an Order of Payment (OP). Proof of payment must also be submitted through the official RLED email for validation and processing.

The 2026 RITM NEQAS Registration shall start on May 11, 2026 (Monday) at 9:00 AM PST and strictly close on June 1, 2026 (Monday) at 11:59 PM PST. No extensions will be granted for registration.

𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗟
🔹Registration to the NEQAS programs shall only be accepted through the online portal: https://apps.ritm.gov.ph/neqas/

𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
🔹Upon successful registration, participants shall receive an acknowledgment of application through their registered email. The RITM NEQAS Office shall verify the submitted registration details and supporting documents prior to confirming participation.

🔹RITM shall issue a separate advisory indicating the payment schedule and other relevant details. Participants shall only proceed with payment strictly in accordance with the officially communicated schedule and instructions. Payments made in advance while registration is closed, or outside the prescribed payment period, shall not be accepted. Payments made without an Order of Payment shall likewise not be accepted.

🔹For inquiries or concerns related to any program, you may contact the RITM NEQAS Office through email at [email protected]. Access to the mobile and direct phone numbers will be limited. Email will be used as primary mode of correspondence.

As a National Reference Laboratory for infectious diseases, RITM is mandated to provide External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) to laboratories in the country for bacteriology, TB mycobacteriology, parasitology, transfusion-transmissible infections, and SARS-CoV-2. An External Quality Assessment Scheme (EQAS) evaluates the performance of participating laboratories by checking the proficiency of the technical staff performing tests and/or assessing the integrity of the entire testing process from sample receipt to releasing of test results.

Participation in EQAS as part of an overall laboratory quality assurance program is required under local regulatory policies for securing a license to operate.

🗓️ The National Archives of the Philippines (NAP), pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 which directs all government agencies and instrumentalities to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols, including the use of digital platforms in seminars and workshops, finds it necessary to adjust the modality of implementation of its training programs.
