Patuloy na isinusulong ng Calamba City Jail โ€“ Male Dormitory (CCJ-MD) ang pagpapaunlad ng kaalaman at kasanayan ng mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) sa pamamagitan ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Photovoltaic Systems Installation (PVSI) NC II Training. ๐Ÿ”งโ˜€๏ธ

Layunin ng pagsasanay na mabigyan ang mga kalahok ng teoretikal na kaalaman at praktikal na kasanayan sa wastong pag-install, paggamit, pagpapanatili, at pag-iingat sa mga photovoltaic o solar power systems.

Sa pamamagitan ng ganitong programa, nabibigyan ang mga PDL ng pagkakataong magkaroon ng makabuluhang kasanayan at sertipikasyong maaaring maging puhunan sa paghahanapbuhay at pagsisimula ng panibagong buhay matapos ang kanilang pagkakalaya.

Sa ilalim ng ALS, ang mga PDL learners ay nabibigyan ng pagkakataong matuto, malinang ang kanilang kaalaman at kasanayan, at maihanda ang kanilang sarili para sa mas maayos na pagbabalik sa kanilang pamilya at komunidad.

These competency-based training programs aim to equip PDL with practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills that will enhance their employability and provide them with better opportunities for livelihood upon their reintegration into the community.

In support of environmental protection and community responsibility, the personnel of Calamba City Jail โ€“ Male Dormitory successfully conducted Tree Planting, Tree Nurturing, and Clean-Up Drive held at Barangay Puting Lupa, Calamba City, Laguna.

The activity aimed to promote environmental awareness, preserve natural resources, and strengthen community involvement through collective efforts in maintaining a cleaner and greener environment. Through planting and nurturing trees, as well as conducting clean-up activities, participants contributed to the preservation of nature and the promotion of sustainable practices.
