📌 On-the-Job Training (OJT) Orientation | July 6, 2026

Today, we warmly welcomed the On-the-Job Training (OJT) students from North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) under the Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education, Major in Automotive Technology.

The orientation introduced the student-trainees to the workplace policies, ethical standards, and expectations to ensure a productive and meaningful internship experience. Through this program, the LGU continues to support experiential learning and the professional development of future educators and skilled practitioners.

📌 Orientation to the Newly Hired Job Order Workers | July 1, 2026

An orientation was conducted for the newly hired Job Order workers on the provisions of Republic Act No. 6713, Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2017, and Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2024, reinforcing the importance of adherence to Civil Service policies and standards in government service.

This orientation gave participants a clearer understanding of the relevant guidelines. It reinforced that every government employee is responsible for upholding professionalism, accountability, integrity, and proper workplace decorum in their duties.

Through this, the Local Government Unit of Carrascal continues to promote a culture of excellence, compliance, and ethical public service for the benefit of the community.

An orientation was held for newly hired Job Order workers to enhance their understanding of the standards and responsibilities expected of public servants. The orientation specifically covered the provisions of Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2017, and Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2024. This included policies, guidelines, and workplace conduct applicable to government personnel.
