With purpose and commitment, the Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan (PPSK) of Carrascal under the leadership of ๐’๐Š ๐…๐ž๐๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‡๐จ๐ง. ๐Š๐ข๐๐ ๐„๐ฅ๐ข๐ฃ๐š๐ก ๐. ๐๐ž๐›๐จ๐ฃ๐จ๐ญ, successfully holds its 2nd Quarter Regular Session for CY 2026 today, April 8, 2026, at Carrascal Hotel , Carrascal Surigao del Sur, setting the direction for stronger youth governance and impactful initiatives.

Key matters were taken up during the session, highlighting the importance of timely and accurate submission of required reports and documents by all Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils. The ๐’๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐†๐จ๐จ๐ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐†๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž (๐’๐†๐˜๐†) indicators were also discussed as a performance-based assessment tool for the 14 Sangguniang Kabataan Councils across the Municipality measuring their compliance, effectiveness, and delivery of youth programs for the 2024โ€“2026 term.

Further, the Federation deliberated on the proposed ๐’๐Š๐ˆ๐‹๐‹ ๐”๐: ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ซ๐š๐ฌ๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ, which serves as an avenue for the youth to develop their skill and actively engage in sports and physical development activities.

With all these forward-looking initiatives, the PPSK of Carrascal continues to reaffirm its unwavering commitment to transparent and accountable governance para sa ato mga Kabatan-onan.
