The PCSO's Guarantee Letter can now cover doctor's professional fees for the first time, the one item that always remained unpaid after PhilHealth and all other discounts were applied, but some private doctors are still refusing to accept it.

PCSO General Manager Mel Robles told DZRH News program "Special on Saturday" that he has already warned reluctant doctors: if Congress makes acceptance mandatory, there will be no more room to refuse.

Physical sweepstakes tickets no longer exist at PCSO, but the agency is studying plans to bring them back.

PCSO General Manager Mel Robles told DZRH News program "Special on Saturday" that going fully digital cut off the elderly and disabled Filipinos who relied on selling sweepstakes tickets as their primary livelihood.

Robles said that is a gap worth fixing.
