A SYMBOL OF FILIPINO SOVEREIGNTY !

On March 6, 1965, Presidential Proclamation No. 374 declared May 28 as National Flag Day to commemorate the first unfurling of the national emblem after the Philippine Revolutionary Army's victory over Spanish forces at the Battle of Alapan in Imus, Cavite in 1898. On May 23, 1994, Executive Order No. 79 extended the celebration period from May 28 to June 12. The Philippine flag embodies our country's ideals, culture, and traditions.

LOOK | The Panabo City Fire Station successfully conducted a Public Fire Education activity for the Pag-IBIG Fund Panabo Branch, aimed at enhancing fire safety awareness and emergency preparedness among its personnel.

Through this activity, participants were equipped with basic fire prevention knowledge, proper response during fire emergencies, and the importance of workplace safety.

LOOK | Over the weekend, the BFP PCFS F.A.S.T. Team was detailed at the Panabo Multipurpose Gymnasium during the UPCPI General Conference, attended by an estimated 5,000 participants.

The event was conducted peacefully and safely, with no untoward incidents recorded.
