In view of the Red Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA and the continuing heavy rains brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), Acting City Mayor Dean Bryan L. Kua has issued Executive Order No. 40, suspending classes at all levels and work in government offices and agencies within Dagupan City tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

Face-to-face classes shall shift to online or other appropriate learning modalities where feasible, while emergency responders and other essential government services will remain fully operational.

We encourage everyone to stay indoors whenever possible, monitor official advisories, and prioritize your safety and that of your loved ones.

PUBLIC ADVISORY 📢

​Pursuant to Executive Order No. 41, classes at all levels and work in government offices in the Province of La Union are suspended tomorrow, August 4, 2026, due to the Orange Rainfall Warning issued amid Tropical Cyclone Luis and Southwest Monsoon.

​Suspension of work in private companies is also encouraged and left at the discretion of their respective heads of office.

Offices providing essential services, such as health, disaster risk reduction, and emergency response, will remain fully operational.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 - Any means of difference in annotation, signatures, and the initials from the front and back pages of the Original Certificate Title (OCT) and Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) is a ground of suspicion.

Work in all government offices in the City of Alaminos is suspended starting 2:00 PM today, August 3, 2026, due to inclement weather brought about by Tropical Cyclone , as ordered under City Executive Order No. 80, Series of 2026.

Personnel assigned to disaster response and emergency operations shall remain on duty to ensure continuous public service and response readiness.

For private establishments, the suspension of work is left to the discretion of their respective owners or management.

The City Government urges everyone to remain vigilant, monitor official advisories, and prioritize safety during the inclement weather.
