The work of this single-bid project includes the renovation and repair of existing HVAC systems to improve temperature and humidity stability at the Neuberger Museum. Work includes a new chiller and building-wide generator adjacent to the Visual Arts South Building, utility routing through lawn and utilidor areas, and electrical upgrades within Visual Arts South, including modifications to the main distribution board, a new automatic transfer switch (ATS), distribution panel, and load center to support the new mechanical systems.

Demolition has begun on the parking garage at SUNY Downstate, marking a major step forward following years of structural challenges. Work is now underway, with demolition and debris removal progressing over the coming months.
Clearing the site will pave the way for the Hospital Annex Project (Project 141223), a $500M investment that will transform this location.
Work is being carried out in coordination with Russo Development Enterprises, Inc. (Contractor), Marvel Architects, PLLC (Consultant), LiRo-Hill (Construction Manager), SUNY Downstate, and SUCF.
