A pair of brothers have pleaded guilty to trying to defraud Medicaid out of $1.6M. Thanks to the Albany County District Attorney's Office, New York State Police and New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General for their partnership on this case. My office will continue to work with law enforcement to protect NY’s Medicaid program from fraud.

MTA transit workers played a vital role in the rescue and recovery efforts on 9/11. Great to see TWU Local 100 members getting deserved recognition in a new documentary.
