Last nights gala was the perfect way to wrap up a massive year. 🙌🏼🌟

Huge thank you to Martino and Alan for their leadership as President and Vice President, and to our entire Executive Board and General Assembly for putting in the work behind the scenes. It really took the whole team to make things happen this year, and we couldn’t be proud we of what we accomplisjed together.

We’re so excited to see what Jibreel, Izzy, and the rest of our general assembly bring to the table next!

Finally, a big shoutout to our seniors. Thank you for all the hours you’ve put into SG over the years. We’re going to miss you, but we can’t wait to see what you do next! 🎓

Want to help fix the LSA advising experience? STAAR is looking for students for a few upcoming virtual focus groups. We’re working with Newnan and LSA Learning & Data Analytics to get a real look at how students are feeling.

Everything is via Zoom, sessions are only about an hour, and it’s a small group setting so everyone actually gets a chance to speak. It’s also 100% anonymous, so you can be honest about your experiences.

From planning events to all the progress we made on campus, it’s been a year to remember. Last week was our final general meeting, and it was definitely bittersweet.

We’re going to miss our seniors so much, thank you for everything you’ve done for the school and this team. We wish you all the very best in your next chapter! 🎓✨
