We're hiring a Facilities Management Technician (Skilled Trades Specialist II) to join the Office of Facilities Management.

In this role, you will help ensure the safe and efficient operation of State office buildings by operating and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other critical building systems. You'll complete preventive maintenance and building repairs, use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to monitor equipment and troubleshoot issues, coordinate with contractors when needed, and help keep buildings open for the transaction of essential State business.

Salary: $61,346/year with progression to $82,572/year
