Effective immediately, [email protected] is no longer in use. Need to activate a prescription or contact the pharmacy? Use Q-Anywhere by texting “Get in line” to 833-429-5241 and follow the prompts.
Other options:
• Prescription refill line: 1-800-377-1723
• MHS GENESIS Patient Portal: Search “NHC Annapolis Pharmacy.” Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.

Sick call services will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 10. We’ll send an update when services resume. We expect sick call to be back by early next week.

Please use the following standard care options:

•Routine: Message your PCM via the MHS GENESIS
Patient Portal or call 833-286-3734.
•Advice/Triage: Call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line at
1-800-TRICARE (Option 1)
•Urgent: Visit a network Urgent Care (If you are active
duty, a referral is required and can be obtained
through the Nurse Advice Line.)
