🚒 A huge thank you to Chief Jeremy Kennedy and the City of Belmont Fire Department (Gaston County, NC) for their recent purchase of a Stallion Air Systems Centaur 6000 PSI High-Pressure Breathing Air Compressor System!
This turnkey breathing air system is designed to provide reliable, efficient, and dependable breathing air for years to come. Belmont selected a Centaur system featuring a 10 HP single-phase motor mounted to a four-stage compressor, along with a complete air management package that includes:
✅ CO Monitoring System
✅ Four 6000 PSI ISO cabinet-mounted storage cylinders
✅ Four-bank automatic cascade system for precise fill rates and efficient air management
✅ Manual cascade panel for backup during power outages or maintenance
✅ 75-foot high-pressure hose reel for convenient remote filling of SCBA cylinders or apparatus-mounted storage cylinders
Since Belmont Fire Department operates 5500 PSI SCBA, our team also installed four additional 6000 PSI wall-mounted storage cylinders behind the compressor. This upgrade provides the department with more than 4,000 cubic feet of stored breathing air, ensuring increased capacity and faster cylinder refills during emergency operations.
The Stallion Air Centaur integrates everything a department needs into one complete package—including the compressor, purification system, storage vessels, air management panel, and containment system—making it a rugged, heavy-duty solution built for the daily demands of the fire service.

A huge thank you to Chief Brian Collins and the Endy Volunteer Fire Department (Stanly County, NC) for choosing Rhinehart Fire Services and Stallion Air Systems for their new breathing air compressor!
Endy Fire Department recently purchased a new Stallion Air Systems Centaur 6000 PSI High-Pressure Breathing Air Compressor. This complete, turnkey system combines everything needed for reliable SCBA cylinder filling into one package, including the compressor, purification system, storage cylinders, air management panel, and containment system—all designed to handle the demands of daily fire service operations.

Their new system features:

🎉A huge thank you to Chief Mike Gerin and the members of Pineville Fire Department for trusting Rhinehart Fire Services to help outfit your beautiful new fire station!

As part of the construction of their new facility, the department was looking for high-quality solutions for firefighter storage, PPE care, and breathing air operations. We were proud to help provide equipment that will serve their firefighters for years to come.

🔥 Locker Room
To maximize the available space, the department selected 45 Ready Rack 20" lockers with the security door option. A combination of wall-mounted and freestanding lockers created an efficient and functional locker room for their personnel.

🧼 PPE Cleaning & Drying
To properly care for turnout gear, the station was equipped with a Ready Rack EW35G Soft Mount Extractor with a Seko Pump and a Ready Rack Smart Dry 6 All-Purpose Drying Cabinet. The Smart Dry 6 features multiple preset drying cycles, dries gear from both the inside and outside simultaneously, and includes detachable airflow hangers for maximum flexibility.

💨 Breathing Air System
The department also selected a Stallion Air Pegasus 20 HP High-Pressure Breathing Air Compressor paired with a stand-alone three-position fill station. The compressor is installed in a dedicated storage room while the fill station is conveniently located on the apparatus floor, allowing firefighters to fill cylinders without entering a separate room. The system includes dual-location controls, a manual four-bank fill station, four ISO 6000 PSI storage cylinders, and a 100-foot high-pressure hose reel for remote filling capabilities.
