A #Pension is the most stable retirement option for #PublicEmployees who earn their benefits by contributing a portion of every paycheck to their retirement. Their hard-earned contributions are combined with their employer’s contributions and then that money is invested. After they retire, the worker receives their pension through a monthly benefit that will last for the rest of their life. These are your #Firefighters, #FirstResponders, #LawEnforcement, #Police, #Librarians, #Educators, and county and municipal workers such as water department personnel, street maintenance crews, and parks and recreation employees. They do so much for us. Let's do something for them. This holiday season, let your local public officials know that you support the work of public employees and you support #SecureRetirment. #TxLege #PensionPlan #PensionFund #ProtectPensions #Governance #MerryChristmas #HappyHolidays #HappyNewYear #ThankYou
