3 KEYS EVERY SMALL CHURCH NEEDS
1️⃣ PRAYER — A church must be built on prayer. Before programs, promotion, or growth strategies, there must be a genuine pursuit of God’s presence and power.
2️⃣ PEOPLE — You don’t need a huge team; you need a committed one. Build a strong core of people who believe in the vision, serve consistently, and are willing to help carry the ministry forward.
3️⃣ PROCESS — Growth needs structure. Have a clear process for welcoming visitors, following up, making disciples, developing workers, and helping people become connected to the life of the church.
Small doesn’t mean ineffective, just like big doesn’t mean impactful!
