It’s real y’all!! We don’t get paid, we don’t get compensation of any kind, we leave work, we leave our families, we get up in the middle of the night….the list goes on, but we still show up to help others when they need it most. This weekend, five team members participated in the Heavy Rescue Class at Teague Volunteer Fire Department, where they obtained specialized training in extricating individuals from large vehicles, and we anticipate utilizing their enhanced expertise within our department.
