Thank You family here in for making sure we get we need string beans.. These damn American keep trying to feed us lettuce we are not rabbits. We eat to much damn spinach, Kale them damn Collard Greens and Broccoli will kill your belly make your p**p stink. Can we get more Cauliflower and Asparagus and Zucchi better known as squash.. We like that fried okra too.. We like Cake too it feels you up with water.. We want bean pies.. were you at.. Can some person make some potato balls please with turkey meat. One of those fill you up.. I can't promise that all will listen however most will. We are trying to empty the hospital Beds.. It's going to be really hard to get these people off of alcohol...I talked to a white man I told him how liquor dehydrates the body and they need to hydrate with Gatorade. I'm still working People remember to stretch those joints daily. Get Plenty of Rest..
