Over the past several months, a lot of the work for the new police station has been happening underground and inside the building, including:
-Foundation for the new elevator is installed
-New retaining wall constructed on the back (east) side of the property
-Framing on the first and second floors is being installed
-Roof repairs and upgrades
-Plumbing installed throughout the basement for locker room showers and bathrooms
-Waterproofing

Work has started on ground improvements for the new addition foundation and more progress will be made on that soon!

Please be advised there will be a Police K9 Urban Tracking training in the area today.

K9 Units from across the state will be part of the training taking place.

If you see officers with their dogs there is no cause for alarm.

The training will be throughout the city from 3pm-10pm.

UPDATE: NEW HAMPSHIRE HOSPITAL PATIENT LOCATED

At 8:09 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, State Troopers assigned to the Troop D barracks received a report of a possible sighting of Keri Pagnozzi in the area of Pleasant Street in Concord.

Troopers responded, located the observed individual, and identified her as the missing patient. Pagnozzi was then taken into custody on pending warrants.

No further information is available at this time.

NEWS RELEASE: ACTIVE SEARCH FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE HOSPITAL PATIENT

CONCORD, N.H. – The New Hampshire State Police is assisting members of the State Office Complex Police Force and the Concord Police Department in the search for a New Hampshire Hospital (NHH) patient who eloped from Concord Hospital.

The missing patient is identified as Keri Pagnozzi, 46. Pagnozzi is approximately 5’04”, with gray hair in a crew cut. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with gray sweatpants and green sneakers in the area of Rum Hill Road. An active search of the surrounding area is underway by law enforcement.

Although she is not believed to be a threat to the public, anyone who sees Pagnozzi or someone matching her description in the Concord area should call 911 immediately.
