CHARLENE GAGNON MISSING PERSON CASE
The Concord Police Department is renewing its request for public assistance in the long-term missing person investigation of Charlene Gagnon, who disappeared in the summer of 1999.
Charlene Della Gagnon, who also went by the names Charlene Kimball and Charlene Randall, was 38 years old at the time of her disappearance. She was reported missing to the Concord Police Department by her sister on August 30, 1999. Investigators determined that on the afternoon of Friday, August 6, 1999, Ms. Gagnon traveled from her residence at 58 Manchester Street in Concord to Manchester, New Hampshire, with an acquaintance.
Upon arriving in Manchester, Ms. Gagnon entered an apartment, located on Lowell Street. Her acquaintance later went to the apartment door to look for her. Ms. Gagnon was spotted inside, but reportedly fled out a rear exit door and down a set of stairs. The acquaintance was unable to catch her and returned to Concord without her. Additional information indicated that Ms. Gagnon may have entered a dark-colored pickup truck bearing Florida license plates. Ms. Gagnon has not been seen or heard from since.
At the time she went missing, Ms. Gagnon was described as a Caucasian female, 5'6" tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with blue eyes and shoulder-length, curly or frizzy blonde/strawberry blonde colored hair.
She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, jean shorts, and flip-flops.
Ms. Gagnon has several distinguishing physical characteristics, including:
-A complete set of maxillary (upper) dentures.
-A tattoo on her right arm that reads "Eddie"
-A quarter-sized birthmark on the back of her left leg, above the knee.
-Scars on her lip, the left side of her neck, and three C-section scars on her abdomen.
Ms. Gagnon was known to frequent establishments in Manchester, to include Flo’s Bar which was located on Lake Avenue.
If alive today, Ms. Gagnon would be 65 years old. To assist in generating new leads, the Concord Police Department partnered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Boston Division's Cold Case Team. We would like to extend a special note of gratitude to the FBI for utilizing their specialized forensic resources to create an age-progressed photograph of Ms. Gagnon. This new image, attached to this release, depicts what Charlene Gagnon may look like today.
Investigators urge anyone who may have known Charlene Gagnon, or who has information regarding her activities and associates in Concord or Manchester in August 1999, to come forward with information pertaining to this case. No piece of information is too small.
