REMINDER: Monday, May 11th, there will be a Darkness to Light training at our office from 9AM-11AM. The class is available in English and Spanish. This training is about child sexual abuse prevention and how we can help prevent it. It is FREE and you will receive a certificate at the end. Call our office to register, 706-272-7919, we have spaces available. I really encourage you to come and take this training!

Healthy Families and Parents as Teachers held their annual Spring Fling and Graduation family event. Jointly, they had 28 graduating families. It's important to acknowledge and celebrate the commitment these families have shown in receiving home visiting services for at least 3 years. For 28 children in our community, this will be the first of many big accomplishments in their scholastic careers. A special thank you to La Esperanza Bakery for helping us make our event extra special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our Pinwheels for Prevention ceremony in Murray County! It was a privilege to gather in honor of National Child Abuse Prevention Month and celebrate the strength of our community.

We extend a special thank you to Pastor Randy Ellis and First Baptist Church of Chatsworth for their incredible hospitality and for providing the perfect space for this event. We are so fortunate to have partners who share our commitment to building a bright future for every child!
