【🇹🇼 黃虹慧總領事與丹佛大學師生交流，分享台灣發展與台美夥伴關係 🇺🇸】
黃虹慧總領事10月27日應邀赴丹佛大學社會工作研究所（Graduate School of Social Work）與師生座談，介紹台灣政經現況、教育及心理健康制度，並分享台美緊密夥伴關係與台灣爭取國際參與的努力。
黃總領事從安全、經貿與民主價值等面向，說明台灣與美國及世界的深厚連結：台灣位居第一島鏈關鍵位置，攸關區域和平穩定；從高科技產業到農產品貿易，台美合作與雙方繁榮息息相關；共享的自由民主價值，更是雙邊友誼的重要基礎。
黃總領事並指出，中國持續扭曲聯合國第2758號決議，阻擋台灣參與國際組織，呼籲各界支持台灣有意義參與國際組織，包括聯合國氣候變化綱要公約第31屆締約方大會（UNFCCC COP31）及國際刑警組織（INTERPOL），讓台灣為全球安全與永續發展貢獻力量。
現場學生踴躍提問，交流熱絡，多位學生表示對台灣深感興趣，期待未來能親自造訪台灣 🇹🇼！

【🇹🇼 Connecting with University of Denver Students: Taiwan and the U.S.–Taiwan Partnership 🇺🇸】
On October 27, Director General Debby Huang visited the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work to discuss Taiwan’s political and economic development, education system, and mental health services, alongside the close U.S.–Taiwan partnership and Taiwan’s efforts to expand its international participation.
Director General Huang explored Taiwan’s connections with the United States and the world through security, trade, and shared democratic values. Taiwan’s strategic location along the first island chain is vital to regional peace and stability. From high technology to agricultural trade, U.S.–Taiwan cooperation supports mutual prosperity, while our shared commitment to freedom and democracy provides a strong foundation for our friendship.
She also addressed China’s continued distortion of UN General Assembly Resolution 2758 to block Taiwan’s participation in international organizations. She called for support for Taiwan’s meaningful participation in international organizations and forums, including UNFCCC COP31 and INTERPOL, so Taiwan can contribute to global security and sustainable development.
Students asked thoughtful questions and joined in a lively discussion. Many expressed a keen interest in Taiwan and hoped to visit in the future 🇹🇼!
