Durante el Mes de la Concientización sobre la Lactancia Materna, estamos destacando las voces de las mamás de nuestro Programa Pre to 3, quienes comparten lo que la lactancia materna ha significado para ellas.

“Mi experiencia con la lactancia materna ha sido una de las más bonitas que he vivido como mamá. Aunque al principio tuve dudas y hubo momentos difíciles, poco a poco aprendimos juntas y hoy disfruto mucho esos momentos con mi hija. Darle pecho me hace sentir que, además de alimentarla, le doy amor, seguridad y consuelo. Estoy muy agradecida de haber contado con el apoyo y la información necesaria para continuar con la lactancia. Sin duda, ha sido una experiencia que llevaré siempre en mi corazón.”

During Breastfeeding Awareness Month, we're highlighting the voices of moms in our Pre to 3 Program as they share what breastfeeding has meant to them.

"Almost 6 months of exclusively breastfeeding, and what an incredible journey it has been. My little girl was born early, but today at 24 weeks, she’s thriving and in the 98th percentile for weight.

Breastfeeding hasn’t always been easy, but every feed has been worth it. My goal is to continue until she’s one or even two years old, if we’re both able."
