What a Fun Week in Kindergarten!
Fun times filled the kindergarten hallways all week long! Our kinder friends had a busy week full of learning, exploring, creating, and growing together.
Classroom Treatment Agreements
Each class worked together to create their very own **Classroom Treatment Agreement**. We had wonderful conversations about how we want to treat one another and what it means to be a kind, respectful, and caring classroom community.
Math Tools & Learning
We explored our **math tools** and learned how mathematicians use different tools to help them think, solve problems, and show their learning.
Scientists & Engineers
We asked, *“What is a scientist?”* and *“What is an engineer?”* Our little learners explored how scientists investigate and how engineers design, create, and solve problems.
Fearless Spellers
We learned how to **stretch out words** to listen for the sounds we hear. Our kinder friends are becoming fearless spellers by taking risks, using what they know, and giving their best effort!
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom!
And, of course, we had a **Chicka Chicka Boom Boom**-themed week! We enjoyed fun activities centered around the beloved story while practicing letters, sounds, literacy skills, and so much more.
It was a wonderful week of **learning, laughter, teamwork, and growing together!** We are so proud of our kinder friends and all they are learning each day!
