NHDOT will hold a Listening Session for the ongoing NH 114 Corridor Study

New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) has contracted with the consultant firm of Howard Stein Hudson to complete a corridor study of the NH Route 114 corridor which extends from the NH Route 114/NH Route 101 intersection in Bedford to the NH Route 114/NH Route 111 intersection in New London.

To further facilitate public input into this study effort, an online survey has been made available via the following link: https://arcg.is/XvGKb

This meeting will also feature a remote participation option for those unable to attend in person. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Goffstown Town Hall, Meeting Room 106, 16 Main St. in Goffstown. The public is encouraged to attend and share their insights, concerns, and ideas regarding the NH Route 114 corridor between Bedford and Weare. Additional listening sessions are planned in the coming months for the northern sections of the route.

🚧Traffic Notice - Henry Bridge Road project 🚧

Bridge work over the Piscataquog River will require full closure of the bridge and pedestrian walkway for several weeks to replace the bridge decking and address corrosion of the structural steel below.

📅 Beginning June 23rd (after school is out)
⏰ 24/7 until the project is complete

A detour route will be established via Elm St and Main St/Mast Rd.

⚠️ Attention Goffstown Voters ⚠️

The deadline to change your party affiliation before the State Primary in September is JUNE 2, 2026. Undeclared voters may choose either party’s primary, but those registered as Republican/Democrat after the deadline (06/02/26) can only vote in their own party's primary.

To change your affiliation, visit the Town Clerk’s Office during business hours (M-F, 8A-4P).

MEMORIAL DAY - MONDAY, May 25th

Saturday, 5/23 - The Transfer Station and Goffstown Public Library will be closed.
Monday, 5/25 - Town Offices will be closed.

Curbside pick-up will remain on schedule (5/26-5/29).

REMINDER: The parking restriction dates for the Glen Lake Boat Launch & Waterfront Area Ordinance are in effect beginning May 15th, between the hours of 9:00AM and 9:00PM.

Parking along Elm Street in the area of the boat launch is restricted to Goffstown town residents only who display a resident Transfer Station sticker on their vehicle.

Stickers for residents can be obtained from the Transfer Station during normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday 7:30AM to 3:00PM. The designated “trailer parking only” area will remain open to anyone with a trailer attached to their vehicle without restriction year-round.

NH Secretary of State David M. Scanlan reminds voters that the deadline to change their party affiliation before the State Primary Election is June 2, 2026.

Registered voters who want to change their party affiliation should visit their local town/city clerk’s office before the deadline.

After June 2, voters who are registered Democrats will only be able to vote in the Democratic State Primary. Voters who are registered Republicans will only be able to vote in the Republican State Primary. Undeclared voters have a choice of which party primary to vote in.
