Today we celebrate the incredible mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures who help hold our families and communities together. 💐

From all of us at the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office, we want to wish a very Happy Mother’s Day to the moms who serve our community, support their families through long shifts and late nights, and somehow still make it all look effortless.

We also want to recognize the spouses, moms, and loved ones behind the scenes who support our deputies, dispatchers, corrections staff, and first responders every single day. Your strength, sacrifice, patience, and love do not go unnoticed.

Thank you for all you do, at home, at work, and in our community. We hope today brings you a little extra love and appreciation.

Happy Mother’s Day from Sheriff Jared W. Rigby and the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office.

This month our joint Heber City and Wasatch County SWAT Team was able to do some real world training scenarios. We were able to practice shooting through a vehicle windshield - understanding how barriers like these affect our shooting is incredibly important.
