Hosting a donation drive is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Whether you organize one at your office, church, school, or club, or simply start a collection in your neighborhood with friends and family, every drive is a meaningful way to make a difference in a child’s life.

Your donations of new clothing, shoes, diapers, and other essential items help BEAR provide basic necessities to the abused and neglected children we serve every day.

And beyond the items collected, hosting a drive is a wonderful way to introduce more people in your community to BEAR and show them how they can BE A Resource, too!

A huge THANK YOU to Attorney Sina Zadeh and Nahid’s Kids Rise & Bloom for going above and beyond through the Kicks 4 Kids initiative to help ensure children have new shoes on their feet! 👟

Shoes are often an overlooked need, and we have been so blessed to receive more than 250 pairs of new shoes in a variety of sizes for the at-risk and CPS-involved children we serve.

And to everyone who donated toward this cause, THANK YOU! Your generosity is making a direct impact and helping provide children with something they need and deserve.

There’s a reason teddy bears have become such a beloved symbol of comfort. For a child going through a difficult time, something as simple as a soft bear to hold can bring comfort and security when they need it most. 💚

At BEAR, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and cared for. There are many ways you can BE A Resource and make a difference in a child’s life:

✨ Volunteer your time, in person or virtually
✨ Give through a donation, our Amazon Wish List, or in-kind items
✨ Host a Drive at your workplace, school, church, or in your community
✨ Share BEAR’s mission and help spread the word
✨ Host a Heart Gallery exhibit and help shine a light on children waiting for forever families

A HUGE thank you to Celebration of Gratitude, eyeshoothtx, and all of the fabulous models who came together to host the most fabulous BARBIECUE! ✨

From the fun and fashion to the incredible community spirit, this event was one to remember! And, most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out and donated school supplies to support children in need in our community. 🎒✏️
