The NCI Graduate Student Recruiting Program (GSRP) is currently accepting applications for a virtual visit that will be held on May 11th and 12th, 2022.

The GSRP is a competitive program that provides students the opportunity to explore postdoctoral fellowships in cancer biology (basic and translational), epidemiology & genetics, cancer control, and population sciences. NCI is committed to training the next generation of scientific leaders, and it is crucial that this reflects the diversity of the population it serves. We strongly encourage applications from underrepresented populations.

During the two-day virtual visit in May, invited applicants will:

• learn about current research being conducted at the NCI
• discover career & professional development resources that NIH and NCI have to offer
• present their research and connect with peers
• network with investigators, staff, and current postdocs

Applications open in December.
The application deadline is February 4, 2022
