I've learned about 3 people I know with symptoms from consuming cyclosporiasis. Please adhere to the tips shared in this post by Houston Health Dept.

On July 8, 2026, the Houston Health Department reported 16 cases of cyclosporiasis in the City of Houston.

The best ways to help prevent cyclosporiasis are:
🥗 Thoroughly wash raw fruits and vegetables with plain tap water.
🧼 Wash your hands with soap and water before eating or preparing food.
