We were excited to recognize Sarah Brown as our October Staff Member of the Month at the October School Board Meeting!

Sarah is such a positive presence at HMS and a wonderful asset to our team. This year, she had a vision for our PBIS School Store and has worked hard, alongside others, to bring it to life. She also goes above and beyond by creating lessons on important skills like coping strategies and emotional regulation to help our students grow and succeed.

We are thankful for the energy, creativity, and care Sarah brings to our campus each day. We are proud to recognize her as our October Staff Member of the Month!

We appreciate our local game warden for taking the time to visit HMS! 🦅 He spoke with our 6th grade Career Classes this week about his career and also visited our 7th and 8th grade Outdoor Education students last Tuesday. 🦌

We are thankful for our community partnerships and all the opportunities they provide for our students to learn and make real-world connections!

Our Computer Aided Design classes visited the Faubus House in Huntsville today! 🏡 Students explored the home’s architecture and learned about its historical significance and connection to former Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus. It was a great opportunity to connect classroom learning with local history and architectural design! 🦅

It was a great experience! 🤩🎉
