THRHA has limited remaining Homeowner Assistance Funds that we would like to fully expend before the grant closes at the end of September. We are prioritizing elders or those who need assistance to continue living in their homes.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SEPTEMBER 10 to ensure we have time to process and close out the grant.

Homeowners Assistance may include:

- Property Taxes
- Electricity
- Heating
- Water
- Sewer
- Trash Invoices
- Home Insurance
- Mortgage Assistance
