Juneau Valley Apartments At Juneau Valley Apartments, our philosophy is clear: provide well-maintained, affordable, and tasteful housing for Juneau’s dynamic community.

We had an idea to contribute to Juneau’s housing landscape: to design and build exceptionally CoOl residences, and then offer these residences to exceptionally cOoL people. We believe we have delivered on that vision. We collaborated with multiple Juneau-based Alaska licensed contractors to materialize the artsy super cool residences we envisioned. This was not easy. From cold and long winter days to contractors who argued our cool designs were simply too cool, we persevered and Juneau Valley Apartments was born. We hope you find them as awesome as we do!
