A clearwell is a large storage basin that holds treated water until it's ready to be pumped out for city and residential use. Construction crews are hard at work establishing the newest clearwell as part of the ongoing expansion at the Harpool Water Treatment Plant to help meet the needs of our growing North Texas area.
