25 years ago, our nation experienced a day we will never forget.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who answered with courage and compassion.

Twenty-five years later, we honor their memory and the spirit of service that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Testimony Regarding Infertility Care Through the Department of Veterans Affairs

The NACVSO Women Veterans Committee is seeking input from women veterans who have experience accessing infertility care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or navigating the adjudication process for claims seeking service connection for infertility.

We would like to hear from women veterans who have experienced challenges, successes, or other significant experiences related to:
Accessing infertility care and services through the VA;
Navigating the process of seeking infertility treatment through the VA; or
Filing and navigating the adjudication of a claim for service connection for infertility.
If you are a woman veteran with experience in these areas, or if you have worked with a woman veteran who has such experience, we would appreciate hearing from you.

The information shared may also help identify women veterans who may be interested in participating in roundtable discussions with staff from Under Secretary Michael Soddard’s office. These discussions would provide an opportunity for women veterans to share their experiences and perspectives directly with VA leadership and staff.

If you or a woman veteran you have assisted would be willing to share your experience, please contact Jenna Schmidtke at [email protected].

Thank you to the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra Chief Executive Officer Joe Loehnis, Music Director Maestro Andrew, and Director Audra Lange for the incredible honor of inviting us to take part in this year’s Concert on the Square during the 250th Independence Day celebrations. Your recognition of the profound work we do for veterans, military members, and their families means more than words can express. Introducing the hymns of each service branches as Maestro Andrew led the audience in celebrating the proud members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force and Coast Guard was deeply moving. Watching each veteran and service member rise reminded us that our mission is far from finished and that our outreach remains vital every single day.

Thank you, WCO team, for lifting our work and honoring those who serve. Your generosity and partnership inspire us to keep going. Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra
