Meet Lauren and Shelly, our wonderful Yamhill/Polk County Care Management team!

Lauren has been with HelloCare since 2021, bringing years of experience in senior living, a background in veteran service, and a whole lot of heart to her role. Her knowledge and compassion make such a difference for the clients and families we serve.

Shelly's journey with HelloCare started as a caregiver two years ago, and since then, she's grown into scheduling and now care management! Her firsthand caregiving experience gives her a special understanding of both our clients' needs and the caregivers supporting them.

Together, these two help make sure our clients, families, and caregivers feel supported every step of the way. We're so lucky to have them on our team!
