✨ TEMPO, Meet Norah! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Norah as our new Programs & Events Intern! A senior at Concordia University Wisconsin studying Business Management with minors in Mass Communications and Marketing, Norah is ready to jump in, meet new people, and learn more about the nonprofit world.

A few things to know about Norah: she’s on the Concordia Golf team, loves a good iced vanilla latte, is always up for a little crafting, and has Gilmore Girls on repeat once fall rolls around. 🍂 Norah is Co-Founder and Vice President of CUW’s Women in Business & Leadership. She is truly passionate about what TEMPO is all about.

She’s especially looking forward to connecting with the TEMPO community and getting a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring our programs and events to life.

We’re so happy to have you here, Norah! 💙 Help us give her a warm TEMPO welcome! 👋

Meet Cohort 4 of EWL's Elevate program! ✨

We’re excited to welcome another group of accomplished women leaders who are ready to take the next step toward senior executive leadership.

Over the course of this 10-week program in partnership with Marquette University Business School, participants will build on their leadership experience through a combination of expert-led learning and hands-on practice designed to help them put new skills into action.

Elevate is an important step in the RISE pathway to TEMPO membership, helping prepare the next generation of women leaders to step into C-suite and senior executive roles.

We’re proud to invest in these women and can’t wait to see where they take their leadership next. Welcome to Elevate, Cohort 4! 💙

What a conversation! 💙

Yesterday, we gathered to talk about TEMPO’s next chapter: expanding our network beyond Wisconsin and into St. Louis.

From the early conversations and research that led us there to the women helping build the TEMPO St. Louis community today, our panel gave members a behind-the-scenes look at the vision and strategy behind this exciting step forward.
As TEMPO grows, so do the opportunities for new connections, resources, collaboration and shared learning across our network.

Milwaukee will always be at the heart of TEMPO. Now, we’re building on what we’ve created here and bringing the power of the TEMPO network to more women leaders.

Thank you to our panelists- Jenny Bartlow, Alex Craig, Jen Dirks, Ana Simpson, and Heather Turner- and moderator, Julie Granger, for helping us look at where we’ve been, where we’re going and what’s possible next. ✨

Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever changed that day.

We honor those we lost, the families and communities who continue to carry their memories, and the countless people who showed courage, compassion, and resilience in the days, weeks, and months that followed.

May we continue to remember, reflect, and come together in unity.
