TEMPO's mission is to further the impact of women leaders in our community.

TEMPO is the largest professional women's group in Wisconsin, composed of nearly 800 members representing diverse industries, functions and companies from throughout the Milwaukee area and Southeastern Wisconsin. TEMPO serves its membership of executive, senior, C-level and Emerging Women Leaders through educational programming and professional development, networking opportunities, relationship building, and mentoring, with the goal of empowering women to achieve and sustain leadership roles.

Don't miss this special POWER Up session hosted by Women’s Affinity Alliance Corporate Partner, EY!

The EY POWER Up leadership development methodology is a means to springboard professionals into deep conversations with one another to determine ways to enhance their performance. This session is open to all.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 1-to-1 Mentoring Kickoff! ✨

This annual event marks the beginning of TEMPO and EWL's 1-to-1 Mentoring journey, bringing together our TEMPO member mentors and Emerging Women Leaders mentees for the first time. Attendees connected, built relationships, and heard valuable insights and best practices from experienced participants in our 1-to-1 Mentoring Program.

Since launching the program, we've facilitated more than 600 successful mentoring matches, helping women build meaningful connections that support their personal and professional growth.
