Yesterday, we officially celebrated the graduation of our newest Bell Ambulance Cadet Class! Months of early mornings, rigorous hands-on drills, scenario training, and endless studying all led to this moment.

To our new grads: your dedication, resilience, and heart for serving our community have shone through every step of this journey. We couldn't be prouder to welcome you to the Bell Ambulance family and see you step onto the street as compassionate, skilled care providers.

We are proud to announce that Ethan Sather is our Employee of the Month for August.

Ethan joined our IT team about two years ago, and he made an impact right away. He stepped in with a genuine drive to make tech support better for everyone, from our office staff to the crews out in the field. Because of his behind-the-scenes work, our field crews spend way less time dealing with tech headaches and more time getting things done.

But what really makes Ethan stand out is his attitude. He’s easygoing, adaptable, and quick to lend a hand whenever a teammate is swamped or another department needs extra support. Having him on the team makes a big difference.

Congrats, Ethan!! We greatly appreciate all that you do for Bell!!

We just picked up our newest fleet additions today! These state-of-the-art rigs are fully equipped and will soon hit the road to keep our community safe.

Today marks an important step toward justice for our friend and colleague, Meng Kue.

Today, the individual responsible for the reckless homicide that claimed Meng’s life was sentenced to 30 years in prison (no chance of early release), followed by 15 years of extended supervision.

No sentence can ever replace the life that was taken or erase the pain felt by Meng’s family, friends, coworkers, and everyone whose life he touched. But today’s outcome brings a measure of accountability and, we hope, some peace for those who continue to mourn his loss.

We are incredibly grateful to the many Bell employees who stood beside Meng’s family in court today. Your presence was a powerful reminder that the Bell family continues to stand together, just as Meng always stood beside his coworkers and his community.

Meng’s compassion, dedication, and passion for caring for others continue to inspire us every day. His legacy lives on through the work our crews do and through the countless lives he impacted during his time with Bell Ambulance.

We are proud to announce David Rollinger as our Employee of the Month!

David recently reached a major professional milestone by completing his rigorous training and obtaining his Critical Care Endorsement. A cornerstone of the Station 3 night shift, he is a consummate team player who regularly volunteers for special events and hard-to-fill "oddball" shifts.

David’s leadership shines just as bright when he's off the road. He is constantly taking the initiative to keep both the station quarters and the ambulances immaculate. Furthermore, alongside his partner Sergey, David has stepped up as a true motivational anchor for the night shift—frequently using downtime in quarters to mentor, coach, and welcome newer EMTs.
