On September 10, more than 150 members of our Town of Morrisville community gathered at RushHour Karting for the Morrisville Chamber of Commerce’s annual First Responders Celebration Luncheon to honor and celebrate the men and women of Morrisville Police, Fire, and Public Works.
This year’s celebration carried even deeper meaning as we gathered just one day before the 25th anniversary of 9/11 - a powerful reminder of the service, sacrifice, and courage of those who step forward when their communities need them most.
A heartfelt thank you to our first responders for all you do, every day, to protect, serve, and strengthen our community.
Much gratitude to RushHour Karting, the Town of Morrisville, our sponsors Atlantic Union Bank, FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, UNC Health, Duke Energy Corporation, Blue Cross NC, UNC Health, Rotary Club of Morrisville, AT&T, Enbridge Gas, First Bank, TowneBank, Fidelity Bank Morrisville, Khara Orthodontics, RadioNyra USA, SAM IT Solutions, Andy's Frozen Custard, Weegar Consulting, LLC, and everyone who helped make this meaningful celebration possible.
It truly takes a community to honor those who serve it. We are grateful to be part of yours.
