Total Community Action, Inc. (TCA) will host an Electric and Gas Utility Arrearage Assistance Program on Wednesday, July 8, and Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to help eligible Orleans Parish residents who are struggling with past-due utility bills. 💸

The program is designed to provide financial assistance to qualifying households with overdue electric and gas utility accounts, helping residents maintain essential utility services and reduce the financial burden of outstanding balances.
