The HDLC EXPRESSLANE numbers are in for May 2026! Of 124 applications received, 92% qualified for ExpressLane service, and 89% of those applications were reviewed and approved the same day! These results demonstrate that most HDLC approvals can be fast, simple, and efficient for qualifying projects.
